Welcome to 10bet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," "your") and 10bet ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). By accessing the 10bet website at 10bet.cash, creating an account, depositing funds, placing any bet, or playing any casino game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the 10bet platform and contact our support team to arrange account closure. Continued use of the platform after any changes to these Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms are written in English and are governed by the laws and jurisdiction applicable to 10bet's licensing territory. Pakistani users transact in PKR as the platform's designated currency for this market.

To use 10bet, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or direct family member of an employee of 10bet.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

10bet reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

Each person may hold only one registered account with 10bet. Creating duplicate accounts, whether in your own name or using different details, is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any balances held in duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 10bet cannot be held responsible for issues arising from outdated account details, including failed withdrawals to an incorrect Easypaisa or JazzCash number.

• Your account username and password must be kept confidential at all times.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact 10bet support immediately and change your password.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.

10bet will never contact you by unsolicited phone call or SMS asking for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent — report it to our support team immediately.

All deposits to your 10bet account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and may result in account suspension. 10bet does not accept cash deposits by any method.

Withdrawal requests from your 10bet PKR balance are processed in line with the following rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval.
• IBFT bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Card withdrawals follow the same timeline as card deposits — typically within 1–3 business days.

10bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard procedure for all online payment platforms and is not a reflection of suspicion — it is required to protect members against fraud. Documents required may include CNIC, proof of address, and payment method ownership confirmation.

Any bonus funds remaining in your account that have not yet met wagering requirements will not be included in a withdrawal. Only cleared, real-money balance is available for withdrawal at any time. If you have a pending bonus wagering requirement and attempt to withdraw before meeting it, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited according to the individual bonus terms.

10bet offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and tournament-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (stated on each individual offer) before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range typically from 10x to 35x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100% at minimum odds. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Games with RTP above 97% may be excluded entirely.
• Time Limits: Each bonus has an expiry window (typically 7–30 days from the date of issue). Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within this period are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Some bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap will be clearly stated in the specific offer terms.

Bets placed on the 10bet platform are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for individual sports and markets are available within the relevant betting section of your account.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only confirmed when you receive a unique bet reference number. Until that reference is issued, no bet is in place. Do not assume a bet has been accepted if you experience a technical issue during placement.
• Minimum Stake: The minimum bet on any market is Rs 50 for sportsbook markets and Rs 50 for casino games.
• Odds Changes: Odds displayed are correct at the time of viewing but may change before a bet is confirmed. If the odds change between your bet request and its acceptance, 10bet will notify you of the new price and you may accept or decline.
• Void Bets: 10bet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, data feed error, or manifest pricing error. Affected members will have their stake returned without deduction.
• Abandoned Events: If a sporting event is abandoned before the completion of the minimum required play (which varies by sport and market), bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the result for the specific market was determined before the abandonment.
• Match Postponement: If a match is postponed and not played within 48 hours of the original scheduled kick-off/start time, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless stated otherwise in sport-specific rules.
• Live In-Play Betting: 10bet may suspend in-play markets at any time for operational reasons. Bets already accepted and confirmed will stand; no new bets can be placed during a suspension.

Settlement of sports bets is based on the official result issued by the relevant governing body. 10bet uses multiple official data feeds to determine results. In cases where official data is contradicted by a verifiable error, 10bet will investigate and settle according to the official result after verification.

All virtual casino games on 10bet — including slots, RNG table games, and virtual card games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. This certification is provided by independent third-party testing organisations and guarantees that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by the platform or by players.

• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer tables are operated by professional studios under separate provider terms. Physical cards are used and shuffled by trained dealers. 10bet does not operate the live dealer studios directly but ensures all providers meet minimum certification standards.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game, the hand or spin in progress at the time of the malfunction will be voided and the relevant stake returned. 10bet cannot guarantee continuity of any specific game session.
• Teen Patti & Andar Bahar: These games follow standard South Asian card game rules as defined by the respective game provider. Live dealer versions follow the studio's defined rule set, which is available within each game interface.
• Poker: The 10bet poker room operates under standard poker rules for each variant (Texas Hold'em, Omaha, etc.). Players compete against each other, not against the house. 10bet earns a small rake on each cash game pot.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all casino games are available within the game information panel. Players are encouraged to review this information before playing, as it represents the long-run expected return of each game.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances where 10bet determines a breach has occurred:

• Registering more than one account in your own name or using another person's details to open an account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during identity verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity or money laundering.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the casino platform.
• Exploiting a technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake to gain an unfair advantage over the platform.
• Engaging in match fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports corruption relating to events available on 10bet.
• Coordinating with other members to exploit bonuses, referral systems, or promotional offers.
• Charging back or reversing deposits after bets have been placed using the deposited funds.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive communication directed at 10bet staff or other members.

10bet is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. We believe that betting should always be a form of entertainment. If at any point it stops being enjoyable and starts feeling compulsive, we want members to have the tools to get back in control quickly.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to every 10bet member at no cost, accessible from your account settings without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases to limits take 7 days to take effect; reductions are immediate.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum playing session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.

• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break of between 1 day and 6 weeks. Betting is suspended for the duration; your balance is preserved.

10bet reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, members will be notified by email or by an on-screen notification at next login. Continued use of the platform after the stated effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you disagree with any updates, you must notify 10bet before the effective date and request account closure. Any verified PKR balance will be returned to your nominated payment method after identity verification is completed.

10bet may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We have reason to suspect fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• You are found to be ineligible (underage, using a prohibited jurisdiction, or a prohibited person).
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure.
